NLP Coaching And Future Planing
Sunday, January 31st, 2010At the end of the nlp coaching session, your customer will display what she looks like relaxed and chilled. Ensuring that your change work not only is applicable to past and present, it also is applicable to the future. Future pacing is also a psychological walk through for the customer, to now feel inventive in the contexts she or he formerly felt unresourceful.
Another efficient way to use future pace for psychological walk thru is have your customer imagine the situation in the future, and mentally practice road blocks that can come up.
for example in the example above, the simple way to answer certain troublesome questions, how to reply to applause, how to deal with a mistake in the speech etc.
