I am always having to help my mom on the computer.  She gets most simple things, but when it comes to adding new programs or downloading anything from the internet I have to show her a few times before she is able to do it for herself.  even then, if the slightest thing goes wrong she waits for me to come and fix it.  I did an Ares download for her so that she could start listening to music that she likes and she caught on to that very quickly.  Now whenever she wants to find a new song she goes there first.
