I am not sure that I want to proceed with an attorney or not but I sure do want to know all of my possibilities before I settle on something. I was in a car accident and it was not my fault. The insurance company on the other side wants me to sign off on a document that says I am happy with the results but what if I have a recurring problem from the accident that I do not know about yet.
