It means a lot to me for my friends to come to me when they need help.  I have always been the “parent” in our group.  Don’t get me wrong.  I am no sucker.  If someone burns me, I don’t make the same mistake twice.  However, I have found, if you trust people, most of them will live up to your expectations.  When a friend comes to me in need of a loan, I always go for quick cash.  It is the fastest, safest way to get money without delay.  The joy of helping someone out is worth all the money in the world to me.
