Brian and his band played at a cocktail lounge on Friday night. They were having problems with the amplifier and started getting a lot of distortion. Danny told Brian they need to get it fixed before the next gig. Brian agreed and told Danny that he would look for an ultimate attenuator and see if that would fix the problem. Danny told Brian to look at the schematic before buying the attenuator. Brian found an attenuator that he felt would work for his electric guitar. He bought it and the next time they played they did not have the distortion any more.
