As we begin the new year my husband and I want to improve the way we do business. We want to work towards providing world class customer service. We know that we need a way to monitor and record our customer service calls. We want to find a way to make our employees accountable. It is very important to me to find a call tracking and call recording service. I truly believe this is a step in the right direction. My husband agrees that customer service is the key to building a respectable business. We want our customers to feel welcome and satisfied with our service.
