I was really happy when I heard the company would release new change management software. I was having a hard time handling recent changes to processes and procedures in our company, and knew my department wasn’t even close to the worst. We all had high hopes that the change management software package would work wonders.
Before it was rolled out in the company, management made sure we were all aware about how the change management software would be used and how it would effect us. It turned out to be everything we needed. I was so happy to be able to handle everything instead of feeling totally helpless. In my opinion, the change management software was the best decision we could have made.
