When My Husband Starts Misbehaving

Tuesday, August 31st, 2010

The misbehavior of my husband fired him from his job. Consequently, he losthis self-esteem and started losing friends. As escapism from his devastation, hebecame alcoholic. The sad part when he is drunk is his habit of arguing with mein front of our children.

I filed a divorce case against him after a year of enduring his behavior. Withthe Divorce San Diego lawyers, I won the case and right now we’re separated.Although it seems peaceful in the house now, I still cry at night due to the sadness that my family is going through. I know it’s that the divorce is the best for him and for our family but the pain seems unbearable sometimes.

The Sad Thing About Success

Thursday, August 26th, 2010

I am a very successful Bakersfield Divorce Lawyer with a very thriving pratice. Work is plenty and I win most of the cases I have handled making my clients very happy with me. Because of the success I have had, I was able to provide my wife and children all the finer things that money can buy- the latest sports car, Ivy League education, a mansion in a gated community, yearly European trips and a yacht. I was that successful. The sad thing is because of work, I was not around when my children were growing up and they only see me as a bottomless wallet. Sad because the breach is so wide and could never be repaired.

What Happened to Rudolf Giuliani

Sunday, August 22nd, 2010

I’m a fan of former New York mayor Rudolf Giuliani for what he did to the city of New York. He was charismatic and approachable that I even shook her hand once (campaign time does count, right?). I read a book about his life and his personal life kind of surprised me. I’m not really impressed with that aspect of his life and the Divorce New York he had with his ex-wife. He did not handle that one correctly. His kids despised him and won’t speak of him. That is sad. A father should always make amends and should go to great lengths for their kids. At least that’s what I believe in.

This Woman was Braver than Most People

Tuesday, August 17th, 2010

The meeting was filled with people. Everyone had to be there and it was held on a Saturday morning. They wanted to open up a new line and they wanted everyone on the same page. Management was making many demands. There were people in that meeting that had families, which meant childcare would be an issue. Then this woman steps out from the crowd. She said what was on her mind and she was fired. Next, she started legal action. Then she hired an expert witness who explained where management crossed the lines. She was braver than most people were. It was amazing.

The Bakersfield Divorce Lawyer

Tuesday, August 17th, 2010

Just how much does a Bakersfield divorce lawyer earn? It varies if you have quite a number of clientele. A neighbor, who lives a couple of houses away from mine, drives a Corvette and a Hummer alternately going to work. He’s not an athlete or something. He’s a Bakersfield Divorce Lawyer. I’ve heard a lot of stories about him from my wife as our streets resemble a desperate housewives’ set complete with gossip monger housewives. She said that the reason he is so successful is that he is also the mayor’s aide and is in-charge with the latter’s philandering. Now, if only my wife looks a lot like Eva or Teri, I would let her talk crap all night.

How a Dallas Divorce Lawyer Helped Me

Monday, August 16th, 2010

When I chose to get wed, I believed I selected the greatest man in the world. Oneday, my best buddy told me that he saw my spouse going out with someone else. I asked my husband concerning that however he denied. Because I have confidence in my husband a lot, I ignored the idea to stop it from distracting me.

Last summer season, my spouse said that he’s proceeding to a business travel inNew York City. Whilst he was away, I was considering of seeing my best pal in anearby state and saw the most awful scene-my spouse didn’t go to New York Citylike what he mentioned. I confronted them and this time, he did not deny that. Deeply frustrated and distressed, I needed advice from a Dallas Divorce attorney on my options.

The Statistics

Sunday, August 15th, 2010

Do you want to know the statistics for Divorce in Austin? According to recent surveys and studies, 50% of marriages end in divorce. How it is computed is quite vague since you are unsure if 2nd, 3rd and 4th marriages are included in the equation.  Sad to note really as I am a firm believer of the sanctity of marriage and does not believe that divorce is the solution to problems. Marriage should never be taken lightly and all solutions should be tried and tested before you bring out the lawyers. What saddens me more is that in the same survey, lower-income and less educated couples have higher divorce rates than people who earn college degrees.

Proving Our Innocence

Monday, August 9th, 2010

About six or seven weeks ago, me and a friend of mine went to Fort Meyers for a vacation. We had a lot of fun until we got arrested for something that we were not guilty of. Our families bailed us out of jail, but we were still facing a lot of time in jail. My parents contacted a criminal attorney fort myers and he was more than willing to take our case. He got all of the evidence together and quickly proved our that we were innocent. We are both truly grateful that he was willing to help us in this situation.
