When is a Broken Computer not Really Broken?
Sunday, February 21st, 2010Somehow I have become the go-to computer person in our office. It is not that I know so much about them, but most folks in our little business have almost no technical experience. As a result, I have saved many of my friends from throwing out very good machines. The most typical reason they think their computer is broken is that it slows down and behaves weirdly. I have told them that they need to choose from among the best registry cleaners, buy one, and run it. It is sort of funny how amazed they are at the difference. More than once I have been called a miracle worker, and who am I to argue?
