I have just returned from Goa with Easyjet Airways flying in their Premiair Gold cabin and I am very impressed! We had priority boarding and once onboard, crew directed us to our seats. The cabin has just 49 seats in the front cabin of the aircraft. The seats are blue leather armchairs with enough leg room to stretch your legs out and lots of recline and so where very comfortable. Once seated, the crew served us with pre-takeoff drinks of Orange Juice or Pink Champagne. Overall easyjet exceeded all my expectations and was truly fantastic. The service is excellent from the cabin crew and even at full price. It was the perfect start and end to a great holiday.

I have finally done it

Sunday, June 27th, 2010

This trip definitely makes it into my top five tramping experiences. I have done it, after all those years I have finally finished the famous tongariro alpine crossing. Thanks to the guides of the great guiding company it was a real smooth experience. The views were just so amazing and we really chose a great day for it too and thanks to the organization we had a pleasant dinner and good soak in the highly anticipated hot pools at the end of the day. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone, even if you are not an experienced tramper, it is still an amazing experience.

The Artists At-Work in Codrington Hill

Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010

Needless to say, watching how the crystal clear turquoise water gush into the shore and gently kiss the gleaming white sand is one of the highlights during one of the Barbados holidays. From morning till the sun sets, everything in this island paints bliss onto the face of the guests. Food, people, rum, music, beaches and shopping—these are what more than 13 million tourists annually look forward to every single time. But for those who have already been completely amused by the bountiful blessing of nature in the island, allotting a time to visit local villages and witness how their rich culture is preserved to its constitution, might be a great idea. For the artistic minds, hop in and visit Tyrol Cot Heritage Village in Codrington Hill. Here, guests can watch how local artisans make beautiful crafts like hand-painted figurines, clothing, paintings, straw baskets and more. And because it is almost impossible that one can resist buying one of these wares, guests can readily purchase all the products they want and probably have something personalized.
