A good friend of mine owns his own business and he has to deal with people from other countries quite often. Since many of his clients do not speak English, he always makes sure to have a document translation service translate his documents into their language before he sends it to them. It is just an extra step that he takes to ensure that his clients are satisfied. It does not cost him a lot of money, and his clients really appreciate him for going to these measures. If anything, providing these documents has made it possible for him to make more money.
