i was out to day going for a walk before i lifted weights and i was in the park and used the equipment there to do a full body workout. i used my own body weight and got a great workout. when i got home i did not have any thing left to train with weights. there are some really good home workouts that you can do with your own body weight. you do not need to use the excuse that you do not have time to go toi the gym or you can not afford a gym mebership now.
