The right way of doing a chin up exercise is to first have a Chinning Bar. What you do is to hold the bar with your hands facing you, let your body hang from the bar and then simply pull yourself up until your chin is just about the level of the chinning bar. This is the best exercise if you are aiming to have a strong upper body workout. If you are religious and serious into having the perfect abs, you should invest into something that will be beneficial on your part and chinning bar is a good investment.
