After the holidays and the endless dinners and parties, the big question in the minds of many is how to burn fat and get rid of all the weight gained over the past weeks. There are two major ways of burning fat. One is to expend the accumulated fat in the body through exercise and other physical activities. The second way is to eat a lot of foods that burn, instead of build, fat. Of course, shedding fat means not only discarding the body fat that you already have, but also not gaining any more. That means staying away from fatty and high-calorie foods which will add more fat even as you are trying to shed it off.
