You cannot achieve everything in life very quickly. Even if you achieve, it will not be a permanent one. Similarly reducing your weight is not a job that can be done within a week. It must be done properly and systematically. Many people take some short cuts to do it. They go for medicines or pills to lose belly fat quickly. This is an unhealthy way of reducing weight. When you do exercises regularly you will definitely lose your belly for sure. Yet you cannot expect it to happen in overnight. It will take some time to get a result. However it will be a healthier way and a permanent one.
