My health is really important to me, so when I noticed that I was still hanging on to some extra baby weight I decided to do something about it. I started exercising more with a blend of cardio and strength training. By focusing exercises on my abdomen I was able to make my stomach go down several sizes. It makes me really proud that I can now fit into my pre-pregnancy clothing. I have tons of energy now to chase after my little ones. When I decided to lose body fat for flat abs I made a choice that changed my life.
