Have you ever practiced traditional Yoga? I have and I was not impressed. I felt bored, it lasted too long and everything was too slow for me. Recently some friends of mine signed up to a laughing yoga club and attended a couple of meetings. They were impressed and incredibly happy and energetic. They told me that they had met there some interesting new persons fascinated with the laughing yoga concept and already observed some positive results of it on their health. I decided to give it another try and I joined the nearest laughing yoga club. I’m waiting for my first club meeting next week.
