Even with the advanced understanding that we have of medicine today, there are some diseases that we still don’t fully comprehend. For example, doctors still don’t know a lot About Irritable Bowel Syndrome. There is no one test that can diagnose it, and most doctors simply do it by ruling out other possible causes of the symptoms the patient is experiencing. In addition, it can be caused by several different things, and there is more than one type of the disorder. However, doctors have made significant advances in their understanding of these types of syndromes. They no longer think that their causes are purely psychological, and they have a greater ability to treat them.
