I have a bit of a problem when it comes to eating. I always seem to find myself eating food that is high in fat, which is definitely not good for weight loss. They usually taste so good though! I don’t know what to do. Finding foods that burn fat isn’t the easiest thing either unless you know what you are doing. I’m not some kind of nutrionist anyways. I don’t know what foods are healthy and what to avoid, which has turned out to have a negative effect on my weight, as my wife can easily tell. I think I’ll go to the library and check out a book on fat burning.
