I really don’t trust myself yet to grow plants from seeds, so I usually go to one of the commercial greenhouses that are located near where I live and purchase plants to transplant to my garden. They have a nice selection, and I tend to be able to keep them alive pretty well once I get them. I really do need to learn how to grow plants from seeds though. I have tried just putting them in the ground and watering them, but the results are pretty hit or miss so I think I might need to do something different, but I am not sure what.
