I love smoothies. I love them in the morning or the afternoon as they are cold and satisfying. They are nutritious and I always feel like I am eating something healthy. I have a great Blendtec blender Smoothie Recipe that I like to make, either in the mornings or the afternoon. I always start with yogurt and usually choosing either the plain or vanilla. Next, I add some protein powder. Then I add fruit. Now, this is anything that I have around the house. It could be bananas, strawberries, peaches or blueberries. I add some milk and some ice and then blend.
