As someone that once ran a catering business and who has dinner parties several times a month, I am one that greatly appreciates appliances that offer convenience.  When I stopped catering, I sold most of my equipment, but one thing I kept was my Dual Coffee Pot.  This terrific appliance makes it possible to offer regular and decaffeinated coffee to my guests.  Sometimes, I will brew two different flavors to offer instead.  It is the handiest piece of inventory I had in business and it has been a great enhancement to my personal kitchen as well.  Whenever anyone asks me for suggestions on wedding or house warming gifts, I recommend one.
