I am wondering about the Pepper Spray Laws. Are these regulated as a weapon? Or they classified as personal protection devices? I know that I am in the habit of carrying a small can of pepper spray in my purse, and another in my car. Is that going to be a problem I am wondering. I feel much safer with these things with me, therefore I am much more at east in my entire life. I would hate to think that I am breaking a law though. I guess the laws will vary from state to state, and I will need to check for my own state.
