It was a very difficult time for me to go through when I had to lose my leg; but even worse have been some of the looks I get from all kinds of people when they see me. They look at me with a different type of look; and really I just want someone to love me; and for some time I didn t think that d ever occur. There were years where I didn t think I d every find someone to love; but I gave online amputee dating (miss amputee) a try as a last resort; and there I did find people who looked beyond my leg. Of course with online amputee dating; I did find that most important person; the woman I m going to marry soon.
