The company I work for recently opened a plant in another country. The individuals that they plan to hire for management were all over flow to our area to take plant training at our plant. When several of the employees found out  that the training was going to be held at our plant they started asking many questions. Many of the workers thought that the company would be outsourcing our jobs because the wages were a lot less in the other country. Management quickly address the issues and assured us that the plant would continue to move forward an no one would be facing cuts.
