After seeing the commercial on television, Johnathan’s grandmother looked perplexed. “What is an online data backup service?,” she asked him. “Well,” he replied, knowing that his work was now certainly going to be cut out for him, “that is where instead of physically copying everything from one hard drive to another in order to back it up you simply let your computer automatically copy everything on it’s hard drives onto another hard drive that is on another person’s computer somewhere else.” When she did not respond to this explanation, Johnathan added, “doing things this way, in my opinion makes everything a lot easier, wouldn’t you agree?”, to which she added, “What does hard drive mean?”
