The other day I saw an ad in in the local newspaper advertising condos sales when. The condos were not located in my town but in Hawaii. The advertisement said that there were several Kauai Condos available when their listed starting prices. I showed my husband the advertisement and asked him what would he think about retiring in Hawaii. He said he’s open to anything because he definitely didn’t want to say in the north where it’s cold after he retires. So we called the number in the advertisement just to get the idea of what the requirements were and we made an appointment to me with a local agent.
